1) How long does shipping take?
All standard shipping orders have a warehouse processing time in addition to the carrier transit times. Processing time is typically 1-3 business days.

- Europe : 6-10 business days

2) What is your returns policy?

In the event the customer entered there address incorrectly, the customer will not be entitled to a refund.
3) How do you keep the numbers from curling up?
First, make sure that any residue on the lens is removed before applying the numbers. If the lens has any kind of residue on it the numbers will never adhere to the surface of the lens. Even a seemingly clean lens can have unseen residue on it so wet a paper towel with water and squeeze out all of the excess liquid. Gently clean the lens then pat it dry with a lint-free cloth.
After applying the numbers to the lens use the curved underside of a teaspoon and using gentle pressure rub the spoon several times over each number paying special attention to the edges. Finally, set the unit aside and allow at least 24 to 48 hours for the adhesive to cure. This will allow the adhesive on the numbers to create a stronger bond with the lens. Now you should be ready to set the address sign outside.

4) Does it come with letters/numbers?
Yes, each Solar Sign comes with 3 of each letter and number. Numbers 0-9 and Letters N, S, E, & W.
5) Do I leave the switch in the on/off position?
Yes you can leave it on since it's photocell controlled.
6) My address sign is 5 digits, will it fit?
Yes, it can. You can comfortably fit up to 5 digits on the Solar Sign.
7) What is the height of the product?
The Solar Sign measures 15" x 5" and is easy to read.
8) How is the Solar Sign charged?
The Solar Sign uses a Solar Power battery. These have a battery life of up to 75,000 hours.
